After the initial design interview is complete and we come to an agreement on the content of the site, ThinkTank will compile a package that best fits the needs of your site and deliver a price quote. Immediately upon accepting the price, development will be done on your site.

If you have a pre-existing site and ThinkTank has been commissioned to update or revise your site, a backup copy of the old site will be retained by ThinkTank. Upon completing the design of the site, ThinkTank will contact you for a final review and approval of the site. If additional enhancements or pages are required at that time, a second quote for the additional work will be sent. Otherwise, upon approval of the site design, an invoice will be sent via PayPal for our services.

If payment has not been received within 60 days of completion of the design and reasonable explanation has not been given, ThinkTank will restore the original design of the site (for pre-existing sites) or pull down the content that has been designed until payment has been received.

By commissioning ThinkTank to design your site, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms.
